it's all the small things, you know?

         The smaller boy couldn't let go of the taller man. "J-Joel… how did you trick me into this?" the smaller one whined. "It was easy Skrills, you were drunk and I asked you if you wanted to go to Halloween horror nights, your reply was 'anyfing for youh joelb', so here we are!" Joel replied slightly teasing. Sonny clenched Joel's arm tighter as they neared the entrance of the "scariest Halloween event in the U.S.". "Don't worry Skrills, I'm here for you." Sonny kept a firm grip on Joel's arm, yet Joel somehow he managed to get it back. Joel paid for both their tickets then Sonny engraved himself into Joel's side once again, making Joel himself blush slightly. "Sonny you do notice they are going to scare you more since you are hiding," Joel laughed. Sonny just stayed as close as possible to the mau5 himself.
They began to walk through the first haunted house and sonny squeezed his eyes shut while holding onto Joel for dear life. Sonny, soon enough, felt something touch his arm. He let out a yelp and clenched Joel's shirt, practically about rip it off.  "Sonny calm down!" Joel slightly yelled while trying his best to calm sonny down, wrapping his arms around him and trying to get out of this stupid haunted house. Joel finally found an exit, loving life at the moment with Sonny grabbing onto him felt dream come true but it had to end. As soon as the two got out, Sonny noticed this and his eyes were filled to the brim with tears. Joel saw this, he could only feel sorry for making sonny come here, no not even… he felt pain."J-Joel I w-wanna go back to the h-hotel," Sonny managed to whine out between quite sobs. Oh, that voice, it made Joel's heart shatter into a thousand pieces. "Ok then sonny,: Joel replied in a serious tone. The two began to walk out of the area towards a bus stop that would take them back to them back to the hotel. "I'm really sorry Sonny…" Joel whispered while looking down at the grey pavement. Sonny just stayed looking off into  the distance, silently waiting for Joel to go on. "I-I don't know why I made you come here when I know you wouldn't want anything to do with it," Joel clenched his fists as he stared at the cold pavement under his feet. "… Joel its oka-" Sonny was cut off by Joel's lips. Sonny's face flashed instantly to the color red. Joel pulled away by a few inches. "I'm still really sorry Skrills." "I forgive you," sonny replied shyly, trying to hide himself in his jacket. Joel let out a slight chuckle then kissed sonny once again. "Sonny, this may be the start of something new," Joel said smiling. "Yeah…it sure is," Sonny replied, giving Joel that half-smirk he absolutely loved.
